MOTION by Fleming Bell:

Move to approve minutes from the August 13, 2019 meeting. Seconded by Donno Layton, and carried without dissent.

Treasurer’s Monthly Report:

Treasurer Toby Allman presented the August Financial Report. State of the Treasury is not good. Money had to be transferred from the Building Fund to the General Fund again to make up for shortfalls in revenue. As of yet, the revenues earned from Little Mermaid Summer Camp have not been received.

MOTION by Donno Layton:

Move to approve August Financial Report for August 1, 2019 to August 31, 2019. Seconded by Kellie Smith and carried without dissent.

Building Report:

The hole in the wall exposing some brick has not yet been covered up. Sealant test on the roof has been done and found that two 5-gallon buckets covered about 100 square feet. Help is needed to haul lumber as Lowe’s is back up on deliveries. Donno Layton has volunteered.

Little Mermaid Financial Report:

Financial report forthcoming.

Night of the Living Dead:

Progressing well, and a lot of the cast are off book because they’re zombies and really only need to remember “Grr!” and “Arrgh!” Assistance is needed in getting the set built and painted. More zombies are needed. Generally, Director Toby Allman is impressed with the cast. Posters will be made soon. It was noted that the marquee needs to be changed.

Miracle on 34th Street:

Principal and supporting roles have been filled, but that is with quadrupling the casting. More cast members are needed.
